PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 3-5 days processing time after placing your order. Orders placed Saturday through Sunday are fulfilled on Monday. 

Orders are subject to cancellation if: 

  • the billing address is listed incorrectly

  • the billing and shipping address and addressee are different

  • the PayPal account used to place the order is unconfirmed

Orders will be canceled if: 

  • the card and/or device used to place the order has a record of fraudulent activity

  • In the event that an order requires further verification, we will reach out to you via email or phone.
    If we do not receive a response within 3 business days of our attempted contact


EXCHANGES 

We currently do not accept exchanges at this time. 


RETURNS

No returns will be accepted unless the item(s) are grossly misrepresented (Ex.: Stain or defect on item due to manufacturer handling) or if incorrect item or size was sent. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) in order for us to review your return.

 We will not accept returns after the 3 day period from which you received your item(s). 

Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

  • Item does not fit/any sizing issues

  • Item is not to your liking (material, cut, etc.)

  • Change your mind (once purchased, there is no cancellation)
